Return/Refund Policy for SLN Jewelery
Thank you for shopping at SLN Jewelery. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. Our return/refund policy is outlined below:
Returns If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these criteria.
Layaway Plans are not refundable after 14 days.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the item is in its original condition, we will process a refund for the purchase price to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate on the return form which item you would like to exchange it for. We will process the exchange and ship the new item to you as soon as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item to arrange for a return or exchange. We will cover the cost of shipping for damaged or defective items.
Non-Refundable Items Please note that the following items are non-refundable:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
